Íñigo is a senior associate in our Madrid office.

He is a senior employment lawyer with more than ten years of experience advising national and multinational companies on all aspects of Spanish labour law. 

Íñigo has a strong track record in complex employment litigation before Courts and Tribunals across Spain at every procedural stage, from preliminary negotiations through to oral hearings and appellate proceedings. 

He has extensive experience advising on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, acting for both buyers and sellers, as well as on collective negotiations, restructuring processes, labour inspections, equality plans and day-to-day employment matters including hiring, termination, working conditions and remuneration policies.
