Inés García is an associate in our Madrid office.
Inés specialises in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, including shareholder disputes, post-M&A claims, contractual breaches and damages actions arising from competition law infringements.
She has acted in domestic and international arbitration proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions. Inés also has experience advising clients in the Entertainment & Sports and Technology, Media & Communications sectors.
She is a part-time lecturer at CUNEF Universidad.

- A football team in the Spanish La Liga championship in arbitration before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) against a US multinational devoted to management, organisation and representation in sport due to breach of a sponsorship contract.
- A solar park operator in arbitration before the Seville Arbitration and Mediation Centre for the alleged breach of a facility agreement aimed at obtaining funds for the acquisition of three solar parks located in the south of Spain
