- Advised Sareb on the disposal of a portfolio of NPLs and REOs valued at ca. € 235 M.
- Advised Unibail Rodamco Westfield on the acquisition of three department stores in Madrid from El Corte Inglés.
- Advised Banco Santander on the negotiation of the building contracts to refurbish their headquarters in Santander.
- Participated in the refinancing of several property developers and hotel operators.
