Ana Benetó has advised international companies on matters related to IP rights, advertising, compliance and clinical trials in addition to handling litigation proceedings involving IP rights, with special emphasis on patents and trademarks.
She gives lectures on IP at the Master’s programme in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law (Master de Derecho de Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual) organised by the Barcelona Bar association (ICAB).
