She specialises in the preparation and implementation of corporate reorganisations and restructuring measures, e.g. transfers of undertaking, reconciliation of interests, social compensation plans and mass dismissals. Furthermore, Nicole handles negotiations of work agreements and collective bargaining agreements, the introduction or amendment of pension plans, employee benefits including management participation and stock option schemes and also represents clients in litigation. In addition, Nicole regularly advises and negotiates in M&A joint venture, outsourcing and privatisation transactions.
