Dr. Polo Leon advises on all aspects of European and German competition law, inter alia cartel investigations and abuse of dominance proceedings, complex merger control filings, distribution and license agreements, and compliance aspects. He also advises on foreign investment and foreign subsidies matters.
Dr. Polo Leon berät zu allen Aspekten des europäischen und deutschen Kartellrechts, insbesondere zu Kartelluntersuchungen und Missbrauchsverfahren, bei komplexen Fusionskontrollanmeldungen, Vertriebs- und Lizenzvereinbarungen sowie Compliance-Aspekten. Er berät zudem zu Fragen des Außenwirtschaftsrechts.
