- The Republic of Albania in ICSID arbitration proceedings initiated by a German investor in relation to a harbor terminal
- A global engineering company in a EUR 350 million arbitration under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration related to a contractual price adjustment (including economic and hedging aspects as well as legal questions under Swiss law related to contract amendments)
- A global chemical company in a EUR 200 million post M&A dispute regarding the post-closing purchase price adjustment based on closing date balance sheets under IFRS
- A global energy company in proceedings for the enforcement of a EUR 3,6 billion title in several European countries in state courts as well as arbitral proceedings, amongst others under the 1976 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules
- On questions of state immunity in national court proceedings
