Harald Amer specialises in insolvency law, corporate law, and in distressed M&A.
He advises clients in restructurings and in insolvency proceedings with a particular focus on the representation of lenders in restructurings and insolvency proceedings of their borrowers. He has vast experience in the establishment of trusteeship solutions for distressed companies. Harald has worked on a number of landmark restructuring cases in the last couple of years. He is a member of our banks and automotive sector focus groups.
