Dominik Schöneberger is a Counsel at Clifford Chance in the Frankfurt Global Financial Market practice since 2025 and specialises in financial regulation. Before joining Clifford Chance, he advised clients in regulatory matters for another international law firm since 2018.
Dominik provides advice on German and European financial regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on financial sector M&A. He also advises on regulatory compliance, licensing procedures and regulatory enforcement and investigations of banks, investment firms and payment services institutions.
