Anne Britta Haas is Counsel in the Munich office, specialising in data protection, IT and IP law, e-Commerce/eBusiness Law, commercial law and compliance.
She advises clients in connection with the structuring and implementation of IT, data privacy and e-business projects. She is in particular active in connection with outsourcing, cloud computing, complex online distribution and data privacy compliance projects.
In addition, Anne advises clients in connection with complex commercial agreements including TSA, outsourcing, joint venture, franchise, distribution and cooperation agreements.
She is permanently involved in transactions and inter alia responsible for the areas of data protection and IT. In particular, Anne advises sellers and buyers alike on commercial and outsourcing transactions.
