- Advising Arçelik, one of the world's leading home appliances and consumer durables companies, on the successful completion of the formation of a joint venture between Arçelik's subsidiary, Beko, and Whirlpool Corporation's subsidiary, Whirpool EMEA Holdings, resulting in the establishment of a standalone company, Beko Europe as well as on the acquisition of the full ownership of Whirlpool’s Middle East and North Africa operations.
- Advising Rezolv Energy, the renewable energy platform of Actis, on the acquisition of a 229MW solar PV plant development project in Bulgaria.
- Advising Allegro, the most popular shopping platform in Poland and one of the world’s top ten e-commerce websites, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Mall Group and WE I DO CZ based across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, and Poland from the selling shareholders PPF, EC Investments, and Rockaway Capital for a total consideration of EUR 881m.
- Advising ArcTern Ventures Fund, one of the world's largest venture funds focused on climate technologies, on EUR 16.3m funding to Woltair, a Czech online platform focusing on modern and clean energy sources.
- Advising CPI Property Group in connection with the subscription by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management of new ordinary shares representing approximately 5.5% of CPIPG's share capital for EUR 300 million.
- Advising Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, on the launch of its portfolio business Rezolv Energy, an independent clean energy, power producer into Central and South Eastern Europe.
