Maarten’s practice focuses in particular on merger control and abuse of dominance investigations in the technology sector, including enterprise software, digital advertising and ad tech, mobile ecosystems, e-commerce and social media. He also advises (prospective) gatekeepers as well as third parties on implications of the Digital Markets Act.
