She has ample experience with antitrust aspects of complex global M&A deals, including remedy processes, as well as advising clients in relation to behavioural investigations before the European Commission. She advises clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on energy, life sciences, and technology.

  • Advised Amazon on all merger fillings of its $8.4 billion acquisition of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) Studios outside of the US.
  • Advised GE Life Sciences on all merger filings of its $21.4 billion divestment of its biopharma business to Danaher.
