- Representing a large multinational construction contractor in an arbitration concerning a significant Australian rail project. NSW law, ACICA Rules, Sydney seat.
- Representing an individual in proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales concerning alleged breaches of a share sale agreement.
- Representing a global private equity firm in proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal concerning the defective construction of a logistics facility in Greater Melbourne.*
- Representing an individual in proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia concerning claims of misleading and deceptive conduct by creditors of defunct property group iProsperity.*
- Representing a government client in the energy sector in an expert determination of a contractual dispute concerning the interpretation of a foreign exchange rate adjustment mechanism.*
