Penelope is a Senior Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney, with experience working in Clifford Chance’s London and Singapore offices.
Penelope's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes including high-value contractual disputes and class actions across a range of industries. She also advises on corporate matters, including schemes of arrangement and M&A disputes such as warranty claims.
Penelope has been named as a Rising Star in Doyles' 2025 listing of NSW Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Law Rising Star.
- A global private equity firm in relation to breaches of warranty claims brought in the New South Wales Supreme Court arising from the acquisition of a FMCG business and alleged inaccuracies in the financial statements.
