Kingsley Duru is a private equity and M&A associate with experience advising financial sponsors, corporates, and alternative asset managers on cross-border transactions. He advises on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and other general corporate advisory matters.

Kingsley trained in the firm’s London office, completed a secondment with the private equity team in Frankfurt, and is based in the M&A and private equity team in Sydney.
