Jianxiong Chen (陈键雄) is a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice at Clifford Chance’s Sydney office. He focuses on advising Australian, Chinese and international corporates and institutional investors on complex domestic and cross border transactions.

Jianxiong has experience across a broad range of corporate matters, including cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, management equity arrangements and corporate governance.

He has practised in Clifford Chance’s Beijing office prior to relocating to Australia. He has also gained experience in a leading international firm and international organisations in London, New York and The Hague.

Jianxiong holds an LL.B. from the University of International Relations and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He is in England and Wales and the State of New York, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
