Daniel is Counsel in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, specialising in private international law and cross-border dispute resolution. He has worked in Clifford Chance's London and Sydney offices, expertly navigating complex and novel issues related to choice of law and forum, contract, and corporate insolvency.
Daniel advises and represents global technology companies, multinational corporates, and financial institutions, leveraging his extensive experience in business-critical litigation and arbitration. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Laws.
His experience includes disputes in England, Ireland, the United States of America, Hong Kong, and Australia, including representing companies in parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
