Stephen leads our asset finance practice in the Middle East. He specialises in advising financiers, lessors and operators on all types of asset finance, in particular aircraft finance and leasing transactions including limited recourse and structured financings, commercial debt financings, portfolio transactions, sale and leaseback transactions, finance leases and operating leases.
Stephen is based in Abu Dhabi and has worked in various Clifford Chance offices, including Frankfurt, London and Paris.

- A number of Saudi investors on various acquisitions, financings, sales and leases of both narrow-body and wide-body VIP aircraft
- KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH in relation to the financing of two Airbus A320 aircraft for Air Arabia
