Global law firm Clifford Chance has been recognized as Law Firm of the Year at the M&A Advisor 17^th Annual International M&A Awards.

The firm also received Cross Border Deal of the Year ($1B-$5B) award for advising Legal & General on the US$2.3 billion sale of its US protection and pension risk transfer businesses to Meiji Yasuda.

The awards recognize the firm's continued strength in executing complex, high-profile transactions across multiple jurisdictions and underscore the depth of its global M&A platform.
