Clifford Chance's Private Equity practice in Africa receives the stamp of approval EMEA
The leading position of Clifford Chance's Private Equity practice in Africa has been recently confirmed at the inaugural Private Equity Africa GP & Advisor Awards 2012 where the Firm was awarded the Transaction Services Advisor Award.
The award relates to work carried out during the period between 2001 and 2011 and was in recognition of our advice to Actis, Abraaj Capital, 8 Miles, Helios Investment Partners, The Carlyle Group, Standard Chartered PE and other Private Equity clients active in Africa.
