UK Government responds to CMA’s road fuel review

In October 2022, the UK Government published its response to the road fuel review conducted by the Competition and Markets Authority. The response addresses the CMA's recommendations for an open data scheme to collect forecourt fuel prices, and for better price information on motorways. The CMA has now initiated a formal market study into road fuel, and is expected to publish a report later in 2023.
