A broad mix

In part due to our size, in part due to our truly international nature, no other law firm has such a broad mix of lawyers. There is no one 'type' here at Clifford Chance.

We believe that having teams of lawyers with different qualifications, experiences and educational backgrounds helps us provide better legal and commercial solutions. The different perspectives that each brings helps stimulate discussion and challenge our thinking.

Global network

If you join us, you will be based in one of our six practices - depending on your area of expertise. You will be part of a locally-based group. However, given the nature of our client base and the work we handle, you will often work alongside colleagues from other practice areas and offices as part of a larger - often global - team. Our lawyers are encouraged to build relationships across the global firm.

We are committed to getting the best results for our clients. But the emphasis is on working together as a team to achieve this. As a result, our culture is to support each other. We believe in sharing knowledge. It is a more effective - and enjoyable - way to "get the deal done."
