Chris advises US and global sponsors on fund formation matters and a range of secondary transactions and bespoke capital solutions. His skillset spans all major asset classes including private equity, private credit, venture, real estate, infrastructure and specialty finance funds. He also counsels a small number of leading investors on investments into primary funds, co-investment vehicles and continuation vehicles.
