Clifford Chance

David is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. He advises clients on trade controls, white collar criminal defense, and government and internal investigations. He develops compliance procedures, conducts due diligence on transactions, performs internal investigations, and counsels clients through government enforcement actions. He has experience representing clients before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and has represented clients during all aspects of white collar criminal defense, including during a federal jury trial.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance, David served as a National Security Fellow for a United States Senator and as a reconnaissance officer in the United States Marine Corps. He currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
