- defending a foreign telecommunications company in an arbitration against claims in excess of US$100 million, premised on alleged breaches of contract and fiduciary duties
- representing a major real estate developer in a court dispute worth S$20 million, proving at first instance and on appeal the defendants’ liability for building defects
- a series of related local court disputes, several of which went on appeal, involving claims of minority oppression and breaches of directors’ duties and shareholders’ agreements
- representing the informal steering committee of noteholders with debts totalling S$150 million, in the restructuring of a group of shipping companies
