Luce Smithuijsen specialises in corporate crime and compliance. Having extensive experience in both criminal and tax disputes, she is a seasoned litigator adept at resolving conflicts with the government, either through out-of-court settlements or litigation. Luce represents corporate enterprises, financial institutions and executives in high-stakes, sensitive matters related to financial and economic offences (such as corruption, tax fraud, insider trading, money laundering and forgery) and in disputes with regulatory authorities.
Luce is Vice-President of the Dutch Association of Young Criminal Defense Attorneys.
