Clifford Chance
Peter Audesirk is a member of the Investment Funds department at Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office. He advises investment funds and leading asset managers on the setting-up and structuring of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles including SIFs, RAIFs, AIFs, with a particular focus on real estate, real estate debt and private equity funds.
This includes the drafting and reviewing of the fund documentation and external contracts as well as dealing with the CSSF and service providers of the respective investment funds. He has extensive experience in the marketing of AIFs under the EU marketing passport and deals on a regular basis with local and foreign authorities.
