- Shell in relation to its disposal of its Nigerian onshore subsidiary The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited to the Renaissance Africa Energy Company consortium.
- The sponsors (including Equinor and Shell) in connection with the development of the Tanzania LNG Project.
- Shell in relation to its deal with Equinor to combine their UK offshore oil and gas assets and expertise to form Adura, which will be the UK North Sea’s biggest independent oil and gas producer.
- Harbour Energy plc on their US$11.2 billion acquisition of a portfolio of oil and gas assets belonging to Wintershall DEA from BASF and LetterOne, including associated financing arrangements.
- Chrysaor in relation to its all share merger with Premier Oil plc, creating the largest listed independent oil and gas producer in the UK North Sea, now known as Harbour Energy plc, including an extension and amendment to their existing reserve based lending facilities
- EDF S.A. on the development of the Hinkley Point C new nuclear power project in the UK, including the joint venture arrangements with CGN.
- Iberdrola in connection with its sale of a portfolio of LNG assets to Temasek-owned Pavilion Energy.
