• Representing a Premier League football club in high-profile disciplinary proceedings relating to alleged breaches of the Premier League rules.
• Representing EE in its successful defence of High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings alleging breaches of express and implied good faith obligations in a purported relational contract.
• Representing BT in High Court proceedings concerning alleged early termination charges under a major telecommunications contract.

• Representing EE in the High Court and Court of Appeal in its successful defence of a standalone claim brought by the administrators of Phones 4u, alleging anti-competitive collusion between mobile network operators.
• Representing Cermaq in standalone High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal proceedings brought by various UK supermarkets, alleging anti-competitive collusion in the market for farmed Atlantic salmon. 
• Advising a FTSE 100 company in relation to an opt-out collective action in the Competition Appeal Tribunal alleging abuse of dominance.

• Advising a global trustee on the contested partition of family trust assets worth $400m, involving parallel proceedings in London, New York, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and the British Virgin Islands.
