- A syndicate of lenders on the €415 million refinancing of Idealista's debt in the context of Cinven’s acquisition of a mayority stake in Idealista.
- CACIB and the lenders on the club deal real estate financing for the acquisition and refurbishment of 17 hotels operated by the Meliá Group in Spain.
