Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advised funds managed by longstanding private equity client Permira on its acquisition of a majority stake in Acuity Knowledge Partners from Equistone Partners Europe. Acuity Knowledge Partners is a leading provider of high-value research, analytics and business intelligence to the financial services sector.
