Clifford Chance advised Münchener Hypothekenbank eG on the refinancing of the Wooden building in the context of the acquisition by the Acron Group of Wooden S.A
Wooden is the first wooden office building of this stature in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (9,600 sqm) and is exemplary in terms of sustainable development and well-being. The Wooden building is already fully leased and will be the new headquarters of amongst others, Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Stefanie Ferring on the financing side and Sébastien Schmitz on the real estate aspects of the transaction. They were supported by a team comprising Sadan Ramovic, Polina Rogozhina, Alma Custovic and Elena Zinovieva.
