Clifford Chance advises Luxembourg Airport on the installation of Moxy Luxembourg Hotel in the Skypark Business Center

International law firm Clifford Chance advises Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg on a cross-border and cross-practice project relating to the installation of a famous brand hotel belonging to Marriott International group, "Moxy Luxembourg Airport" within the future Skypark Business Center.

The Skypark Business Center is the first visible milestone of the Airport City development which is dedicated to the design and construction of a smart mixed complex building comprising ca 70,000 sqm of office, retail and accommodation (hotel) area, as well as a large underground car park. It is set to create a reference building for sustainability and environmental awareness by using timber construction methods intended to reduce the development’s carbon footprint and a series of other devices and smart technologies that ensure the scheme’s sustainability.

The Skypark Business Center will welcome in the first half of 2024 the "Moxy Luxembourg Airport" hotel which will offer 130 rooms. The Moxy brand was launched by the Marriott International group in 2014 with the opening of its first hotel in Milan. The brand is part of the US hotel group's "Select" range, which includes brands such as Courtyard, Four Points, Fairfield, Protea Hotels and AC Hotels.
