Clifford Chance advises Grossfeld PAP, on the sale of the Bronze Gate building in Cloche d'Or Luxembourg

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Grossfeld PAP, a joint venture between Nextensa and Promobe, two renowned real estate developers, on their successful sale to DEREIF SICAV-FIS fund of the office building Bronze Gate for EUR 65 million.

The building of approximatively 5,500 sq. m., with a BREEAM sustainability certification of "Excellent", is located at 5, rue Charles Darwin in the new Cloche d'Or district area in Luxembourg City.

Grossfeld PAP is the main real estate developer of this new district area designed with a mix of head offices of major international groups, shops, housing and what will be the largest public park in Luxembourg city.

The Luxembourg Real Estate team led by counsel Sébastien Schmitz and supported by senior associate Alma Custovic also advised Grossfeld PAP on the development of this multi-tenant office building and the related lease agreements.
