Clifford Chance advises Informa on US$193 million sale of several business units to Montagu

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised long-standing client Informa PLC on its sale of Emerging Portfolio Funds Research (EPFR) to Montagu Private Equity LLP for US$193 million.

New York-based M&A partner and Head of the Americas Corporate Practice Benjamin Sibbett and counsel Matthew Warner led Clifford Chance's cross-border team supported by associate Jake Makar.
