Experts from the US, the UK, and Spain discuss current issues in restructurings. We will look at some recent cross-border cases to consider the variety of techniques available, and how they continue to evolve. We will also consider what the future holds on both sides of the pond for restructurings as we enter into a new chapter for both the US and Europe.

Clifford Chance is delighted to welcome Matthew Goodwin, Professor of Politics at Rutherford College, University of Kent and Senior Visiting Fellow at Chatham House, on Thursday 15 June at 5pm.
Matthew is the author of four books, including the 2016 Political Book of the Year "Revolt on the Right: Explaining support for the radical right in Britain". Before the 2016 referendum, he also published a report predicting Brexit.
Matthew will be talking about the UK election results, what they mean for Brexit, both in the UK and the EU, and the wider currents that are reshaping politics in the West.
