Michael Bonsignore

Michael Bonsignore represents public and private companies, private equity funds, hedge funds and infrastructure funds in connection with their transactional activities including M&A, renewable and conventional energy transactions, buyouts and dispositions, special situations, distressed M&A and restructurings. Michael also provides counsel on corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Michael was a director (corporate development and M&A) for two public U.S. renewable energy companies, each sponsored by the world’s largest renewable energy development company. In this role, Michael led international and domestic acquisition efforts for the company.
