Analisa Dillingham’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance regulatory matters, including formations, licensings, investments, reporting, reinsurance, captive insurers and governance issues. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and capital markets transactions in both the property and casualty and life and health insurance industries.

Analisa has advised financial institutions and insurers in a wide variety of insurance related regulatory and transactional matters, including TIAA, Deutsche Bank, Swiss Re, CitiGroup, JPMorgan, IBM, Apollo and MasterCard.

  • Advising on the formation and capital raise of several large reinsurance vehicles including Watford Re (initial capital raise of $1.1 billion), Harrington Re Ltd. (initial capital raise of $600 million), KaylaRe Ltd. (initial capital raise of $620 million), Premia Holdings Ltd. (initial capital raise of $510 million), and Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited (initial capital raise of US$1.5 billion). Clifford Chance is regarded as the leading industry experts in forming alternative capital insurance and reinsurance companies
  • Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group on its acquisition of Towers Watson’s reinsurance brokerage unit
