Pieter van Welzen

Pieter van Welzen specialises in securitisation and asset-based financing, structured finance and secured lending. He also has broad experience of capital markets transactions and derivatives.

He is a member of the Clifford Chance Africa group where his particular focus is on Portuguese-speaking Africa. Pieter also lectures at - amongst others - the Agostinho Neto University in Luanda (Angola) and is honorary consul of São Tomé e Príncipe in The Netherlands.
