Alex Bafi

Alex Bafi advises investment banks and corporations on a wide range of complex international securities offerings, including IPOs, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, rights issues and other capital market transactions. His work covers more than 20 countries, including France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Turkey, Greece and the Middle East. He is fluent in French, Italian and Arabic.

Alex has advised on equity and debt offerings valued at more than €25 billion since 2015. He is ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR.
