  • Advising IFC and B lenders in relation to a US$900m financing for a container terminal in Ghana
  • Advising IFC, IDB, EIB and Proparco in connection with the 35-year BOT concession for the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of the US$337 million Transjamaica Highway Limited toll road refinancing and expansion
  • Panama Canal (Panama), advising the lenders and ECAs in relation to the financing to the construction consortium for replacement of a US$400M performance bond for the extension of the Panama Canal
  • Shell/Repsol (Peru), acting for Shell in relation to the acquisition of Repsol’s LNG portfolio in Peru
  • Advising IDB, IFC, a syndicate of Costa Rican banks and BNP Paribas, as arranger of the "B bond" in connection with the Reventazón Hydroelectric Project in Costa Rica, an approximately US$1.4 billion, 305.5 MW project sponsored by ICE, the state-owned utility company, awarded Best Infrastructure Financing: Central America by Latin Finance magazine
  • Advising the bridge lender in connection with the construction and operation of the 215 MW Penonome II wind farm located in Panamá
