Benjamin Lee's practice focuses on all aspects of insurance regulatory matters, including investments, reporting, reinsurance, captive insurers, and governance issues, both under New York law and coordination of global programs for the same.
His regulatory compliance experience includes matters ranging from specialized credit card insurance programs to financial guaranty insurance products. Benjamin also has experience with large scale surety, non-payment, trade credit, and political risk insurance products.

- Helping US banking clients develop credit risk mitigation analysis using non-payment insurance products under Regulation Q, the US implementation of Basel III
