Abigail Cessna is an associate in the U.S. antitrust practice and advises clients on compliance with the U.S. merger control laws, the regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, and antitrust issues related to intellectual property and technology licensing.

Prior to joining the antitrust practice, Abigail advised on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
