  • Acting for Deutsche Bank in connection with its roles as incoming trade finance provider and major creditor in relation to the restructuring of Noble Group Limited Restructuring Deal of the Year, IFLR Asia Pacific Awards 2019
  • Acting for Bank of China and HSBC on the USD180.5 million acquisition financing for CITIC Capital Holdings and Caixin Global's takeover of the Global Markets Intelligence Division from Euromoney Plc
  • Advising China CITIC Bank on the US$12.7 billion financing to support China National Chemical Corporation's acquisition of Syngenta AG, and on the US$5.5 billion refinancing facility APLMA Syndicated Corporate Deal of the Year, 2018
  • Advising Bank of China on the bridge loan to support China Cosco Shipping's privatisation of Orient Overseas International (HKEx listed shipping container business)
