Paweł Pogorzelski specialises in white-collar crime matters, corporate investigations and compliance, as well as commercial litigation.

Paweł regularly represents clients in law enforcement actions and criminal proceedings. He has conducted numerous investigations and related government inquiries, often cross-border in scope, concerning anti-corruption, fraud, money laundering and cybercrime. Paweł advises corporations and their boards on compliance, in addition to leading reviews of corporate compliance programmes and conducting related risk assessments. He frequently lectures and publishes articles on anti-corruption and compliance issues.

Paweł has extensive experience in representing companies in complex litigation spanning a variety of sectors, including healthcare, industrials, energy, corporate and finance.
