Sarah Lewis specialises in derivatives. She has experience in advising banks, corporate entities and other counterparties on the negotiation of both over the counter and exchange traded derivatives agreements.
Sarah has advised hedging providers, lenders and borrowers on hedging and intercreditor arrangements in connection with loan facilities. She has worked on the derivatives aspects of a number of sales and acquisitions and also has experience in acting on contentious matters. Sarah is actively involved in advising clients on the details and implications of EMIR.
Sarah has undertaken client secondments at the London offices of two international banks, where she worked on a range of derivative and asset management agreements.
