Leo also maintains an interest in business and human rights, climate change litigation, and is part of the firm's Tech Group.
Commercial Litigation
- Acting for the claimant in an antitrust litigation in the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal
- Acting for the defendant in a CPR 19.6 representative action claim in the Commercial Court
International Arbitration
- Acting for a renewable energy company against a half state-owned Middle Eastern energy company in an LCIA arbitration in relation to a contractual interpretation dispute
- Acted for a multinational energy company in an UNCITRAL arbitration in relation to an SHA breach of contract claim brought by a joint venture partner
Advisory
- Advising an international financial institution on dispute risk mitigation and preparedness in relation to data privacy and AML, legal privilege, and conflicts of interest issues
- Advising various clients on responses to letter before actions in relation to data breach incidents and on Part 36 offers
Public Law
- Representing Young Persons with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/or their parents (in collaboration with the National Autistic Society) in the Special Education Needs and Disability Tribunal in appeals against Local Authorities regarding the provision of education and social care recommendations (pro bono)
