- Acting for a global bank in respect of the strategic management of a portfolio of 50+ competition-related claims in the UK, Italy, Spain and France (English, Italian, Spanish and French law)
- Acting for a global bank in respect of several connected regulatory and competition investigations in several jurisdictions around the world
- Acting for a Bulgarian investment company in LCIA arbitration proceedings with a German company in a dispute relating to the closing accounts of an SPA (English and Bulgarian law aspects) and representing the same company in mediation in London
- Acting as secretary to an arbitral tribunal in an ICC arbitration in London in relation to a dispute between Cypriot and Canadian entities concerning an investment in Egypt (Cypriot law)
- Acting for an international energy company in an ad-hoc arbitration in London relating to a dispute concerning the quality of the coal delivered under a supply contract to one of its power plants in Sardinia as well as counterclaims relating to a force majeure declaration (English and Italian law aspects)
- Acting for a syndicate of lenders in relation to an ICC arbitration (in London) related to the construction of a power plant in Rwanda and related mediation also in London
- Acting for an international power generation company in two ICC arbitrations (in London) relating to disputes arising from the acquisition of wind farms in Italy (English with Italian law aspects)
- Acting for a Malaysian telecommunications company in a SIAC arbitration in Singapore in relation to a claim in excess of US$2 billion arising from the acquisition of an Indian mobile operator (Indian law)
