- Advising an ad hoc committee of noteholders and new money lenders to the Abengoa group on the global restructuring of the group's c. EUR€14 billion of financial indebtedness (using an English CVA, US Chapter 11 and Spanish homologation
- Advising the Co-operative Bank on all aspects of the successful completion of its 2017 restructuring and recapitalisation
- Advising the Ministry of Commerce and Investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in respect of the formulation of a new comprehensive insolvency law.
- Advising the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency on the drafting and implementation of a new financial institution resolution law.
- Advising CBR Fashion Group and its sponsor EQT in respect of the amendment and extension of its senior credit facilities via an English scheme of arrangement
- Advising the Drydocks World group on its proposed debt restructuring and reorganisation by way of parallel contested CVA proceedings in Dubai and scheme of arrangement proceedings in England
- Acting for Staples Inc. in respect of the sale of its UK operations to Hilco Capital Limited
